Credit Card Transactions
All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£):

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or discontinued.
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on payment on the checkout page.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address or fax number, we will notify you as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. We will then contact you again on dispatch to confirm delivery times.
Warranties
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, the vast majority in a hi-tech facility in the United Kingdom. As such, unlike most online furniture retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A 5 year warranty is offered on all desking and table ranges. Moving parts are subject to a 2 year warranty including seating. Please contact our customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, pedestal drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Speedy Office Solutions reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party.
Fabric Delivery Options
Most seating and desking products are available in 2 ranges of fabric:
Delivery for Xpress Range fabrics is 1-2 working weeks.
Delivery for Standard Range fabrics is 2-3 working weeks.

Free within 50 miles of Swindon, Wiltshire.

Point of Delivery
In accordance with normal transport practices all goods will be delivered to the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor and off-loading facilities must be provided by the customer. If further transfer or installation is required, particularly for large and heavy items, this must be requested at the time of ordering and an additional charge will be taken. Please note that a signed consignment note constitutes delivery of goods. Please check that the number of boxes received, corresponds with the delivery note before signing.
Installation Service

Returns policy for faulty goods
Damages: Must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Under Guarantee: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufacturer’s fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.
Not under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. There will be a charge for this service based upon the value of your goods ordered.
Returns/refund policy for unwanted goods
All goods except chairs will be collected and a charge for carriage applied based upon the 25% of the RRP value of your goods. Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in. Goods assembled on site by third party will not be returnable.
